Spacial was built for studying. It gives you a calm place to sit down, a timer that makes starting easy, and a short list that keeps you on track, without the pull of other tabs.
Why students use Spacial
- Starting is easier: "Study for 25 minutes" feels far smaller than "study for the exam". The timer turns a big task into one round.
- Less drift: A scene and a running timer make it obvious when you've wandered off.
- Company when studying alone: Study With Me scenes show someone quietly working in real time, which can make a solo evening feel less lonely.
- Sound that blocks distractions: Rain, cafe chatter or a river can cover a noisy flat or a silent library.
A sample exam-prep session
- Pick a scene you like and set the sound low.
- Add three tasks for this session, for example "Past paper Q1-3", "Flashcards: chapter 6" and "Fix notes on enzymes".
- Type the first task as your focus and press Start.
- Work until the chime. Take the full 5-minute break: stand up, drink water, look away from the screen.
- Tick off what you finished and start the next round.
- After three or four rounds, end the session and take a longer break.
Building a routine
Studying at the same time each day turns it into a habit, so it takes less willpower. Open Spacial at that time, even if you only do one round. Your Insights show how your focus adds up through the day.
Is it free for students?
Yes. Scenes, the timer, Tasks, Notes and today's Insights are all free. If you want your full history, unlimited tasks and notes, or your own videos as scenes, the Focus plan has a 30-day free trial.
