Privacy Policy

• Account: your email address. If you sign in with Google, also your name and profile picture.
• What you create: tasks, notes and favorite scenes.
• Focus rounds: when a round finishes or ends early, its label (if you add one), length, start time, whether you finished it, and your time zone. This powers Insights.
• Billing: if you start Focus, Stripe handles your payment details. We store your Stripe customer and subscription IDs and status to know which plan you're on.
• Usage analytics: events like which features you open, collected with PostHog. When you're signed in, these are linked to your account (user ID, name and email). They never include the contents of your tasks or notes.
• Scene plays: an anonymous daily count of how often each scene is picked, not tied to you.
• On your device: preferences like dark mode and your current scene, saved in your browser.

• To run Spacial: your tasks, notes, timer, Insights and plan.
• To sign you in, including sending sign-in emails.
• To process the Focus plan.
• To understand what's working and improve the app.

• MongoDB Atlas: stores your account and app data.
• Vercel: hosts the app.
• Google: optional sign-in.
• Resend: sends sign-in emails.
• Stripe: payments and subscriptions.
• PostHog: product analytics.
• YouTube: plays scenes, under Google's privacy policy.

We keep your data while your account is active and as long as needed to run Spacial, meet legal obligations or resolve disputes. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your data except where we're required to keep it, such as billing records.

You can use Spacial without an account. To see, export or delete your data, email hello@spacial.work from the address you sign in with.

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top.
