Terms of Service

• Use Spacial lawfully and don't try to abuse, disrupt or break it.
• You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your email or Google account secure, since that's how you sign in.
• You can use Spacial without an account. Signing in lets us save your tasks, notes and focus history.

Spacial is free to use. The optional Focus plan adds extra features and is billed monthly or yearly. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card details.

Your first Focus subscription includes a 30-day free trial. When the trial ends, your plan starts and you're charged unless you cancel before then.

Focus renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Manage billing in the app, and you keep Focus until the end of the period you've paid for.

Spacial is actively being improved. Features may be added, changed or removed. If we change prices for an existing plan, we'll tell you before it affects your next renewal.

What you create in Spacial, like tasks, notes and focus labels, stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to run the service.

Scenes are embedded YouTube videos. Their rights belong to the original creators, and YouTube's Terms of Service apply to them. Playing your own video as a scene is subject to those terms too.

If you're a rights holder and want a scene removed, email hello@spacial.workwith the link and we'll review it promptly.

Spacial is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we don't guarantee uninterrupted service and aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages.
