Spacial is an indie productivity app. These Terms explain the basic rules for using the service.

By using Spacial, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using Spacial

You must use the service lawfully and responsibly.
You are responsible for your account activity and keeping your sign-in secure.
You may not abuse, disrupt, or attempt to break the service.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

Spacial offers a paid supporter plan. Payments are processed by Stripe.

If you subscribe, you authorize recurring charges based on your plan until you cancel.

You can manage or cancel your plan through the billing portal in the app.

3. Availability and Changes

Spacial is actively evolving. Features may be added, changed, or removed at any time to improve the product.

4. Content and Data

You keep ownership of the content you create in Spacial (such as tasks and notes). You grant us permission to process and store that data only as needed to operate the service.

5. Disclaimer and Liability

Spacial is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

6. Third-Party Scene Content and Takedowns

Some scenes in Spacial may include embedded third-party videos (including YouTube-hosted content). Rights remain with the original creators and owners. If you are a rights holder and want content removed, contact us at hello@spacial.work with the relevant links and details, and we will review and act promptly.
